You can request a replacement within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is not damaged or tampered with.

  • The product is not marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance or promotional items).


2. Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable


3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@bellezacosmetics.in with your order number and reason for the replacement.

  2. If the product is defective or damaged, attach clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.


4. Return Shipping for Replacement

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.

  • Once shipped, share the return tracking details with us.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us at support@bellezacosmetics.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


6. No Refund Policy

Belleza Cosmetics does not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied or received a damaged product, you are eligible for a replacement only under the terms mentioned above.
