At Belleza Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer direct refunds, we are committed to ensuring your experience is smooth and supportive. If you face any issue with your order, we provide a replacement process under the terms below.

Additionally, for select products , we advertise a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please note this is subject to strict eligibility conditions (outlined in Section 7).


1. Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 2 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged, tampered with, or used.
  • The product is not marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance, final sale, or promotional items).

2. Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale, promotional, or non-returnable

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1.  Email us at support@bellezacosmetics.in with your order number and reason for replacement. 
  2. If the product is defective or damaged, attach clear photos showing the issue. 
  3. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

4. Return Shipping for Replacement

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
  • Once shipped, share the tracking details with us.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us at support@bellezacosmetics.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. No Refund Policy

Belleza Cosmetics does not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with your order or receive a defective product, you are eligible only for a replacement as per this policy.


7. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Specific Products Only)

For select products (such as the Bio Collagen Real Deep Mask), we promote a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee as part of our customer confidence program.

This guarantee is subject to the following strict conditions:

  1. Customers must use the product consistently for a minimum of 60 days, following the usage instructions provided.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the 60-day usage period ends.
  3. Requests made earlier or later will not be valid.Customers must provide time-stamped before-and-after photos as proof of consistent use over the 60-day period, along with proof of purchase.
  4. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., fragrance, texture, feel, or packaging).
  5. Refunds are valid only for purchases made directly from BellezaCosmetics.in. Orders from third-party sellers or marketplaces are not eligible.
  6. Shipping, COD, handling, and other associated fees are strictly non-refundable.
  7. If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, not cash or bank transfers.Only one refund claim per household will be accepted.

If the above conditions are not fully met, the customer will remain eligible only for replacement under our Replacement Policy.
