Currently, we ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, shipping timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities and Rural Areas Delivery: 5-7 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delays by the courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹499. A flat rate of ₹49 will be charged for orders below ₹499.
  • Any additional charges, such as taxes or surcharges, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. Use these details to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care to ensure that your order is packaged securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bellezacosmetics.in with photos of the damaged package for resolution.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service delays
